LuminaRobe retains all rights to its brand name, trademarks, and product designs featured on our platform.
Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Final sale items and customized products are not eligible for returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive returned items
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Limitation of Liability
LuminaRobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LuminaRobe services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and shall be conducted in English.
