Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and included with the return
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made garments

Return Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email
  3. You will receive return instructions and a shipping label within 2 business days
  4. Package your item securely and attach the provided shipping label
  5. Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier location

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
